Welcome to Westbridge Veterinary Clinic

COVID-19 Precautions

For your safety and ours we have made procedural changes to maintain a social distance with our clients.  To that end we are asking clients to allow us to examine your pet without your presence.  We will perform examinations in our clinic, a safe environment for your pet.  We ask that you hand off your pet to us at your door by leash for dogs or by pet carrier for cats.  Do not be alarmed if we are wearing gloves and masks as this is only a precaution.

Prior to your appointment we will contact you to get more information about your pet and about your health and travel history.  If you are not feeling well or have been in contact with people who have been in areas known to harbor COVID-19 we may reschedule your appointment for a later date.  We will still offer medications or therapies for your pet if appropriate.

We are no longer accepting cash payments.  Payments can be completed electronically by opening the invoice that we send to you via email and then clicking the secure payment link.

Finally, at this time we are keeping a waiting list for new clients.  We feel that you are all an extension of our family and we want to maintain a safe environment for all. These new procedures take more time and we need to ensure that we are keeping our schedule open for you, our existing clients.  We hope to be able to see new clients soon.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding during these uncertain times.  Please take proper precautions to ensure your continued good health.
