Appointment Policy We operate by appointment only. Since we are a mobile practice our arrival times may vary due to traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Please allow a 30 minute window for our arrival. For your convenience, we will call you when we are en route. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why an occasional appointment delay or cancellation may occur. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. Your pet's health is our top concern and therefore we ask for your understanding should this situation occur.
Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people or new surroundings. We recommend that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering our clinic.
Cancellation Policy Owing to the mobile nature of our practice we require 24 hour notice of cancellation. We understand that life happens and schedules change. We appreciate your consideration in giving us at least a 24 hour notice so that we can plan our routes accordingly.
Payment Policy We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and personal checks. Because we are a mobile practice we do not accept cash payments.
Westbridge Veterinary Clinic is a mobile veterinary practice. We see your pets in our specially equipped Ford Transit van. We require adequate access and level parking. If you believe that it will be difficult to gain access to your home please call us so we can determine if there are other routes we can take. If it is determined that we cannot get to you we can make arrangements to meet you in an alternative location so that we can see your pets. |
